Wall Mount & Free Standing Workstation Jib Cranes

200 degree rotation

The WSJ200 Wall Cantilever Work Station Jib Crane is wall or column mounted, so it requires a structurally adequate wall or column to support the jib.

The WSJ200 crane uses tapered roller bearings at the pivot points for unsurpassed ease of rotation. To ensure that the jib is aligned through the pivot axis and thus avoid unwanted drifting of the boom that could otherwise occur with this ease of movement, shim stock up to 7/32" is included with each jib.

360 degree rotation

In most cases, Gorbel WSJ360 Free Standing Series Jib Cranes can be bolted directly onto your existing floor without adding special foundations. These cranes feature a retaining pin through the pivot pin to help resist accidental upward dislodgement of the boom assembly.

To provide a continuous 360 degree boom rotation, an optional four ring collector ring or air swivel is available. This option requires additional clearance above the boom for installation. To limit the boom rotation to less than 360 degrees to prevent boom damage to machines, equipment, or building structures, optional rotation stops are available.
